Contracts for 2025-2026 are offered on a FULL YEAR BASIS only.
Single semester contracting for Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 will take place in June 2025, if availability allows.

Re-contracting and room style reservations for current residents opens at 9:00 AM Tuesday, 9/24, according to the following schedule:
- 9:00 AM Tuesday, 9/24: All current residents may re-contract their current room style for next year.
- 12:00 PM Tuesday, 9/24: Residents who have lived at Newman Hall 5 or more semesters may select a NEW room style.
- 9:00 AM Wednesday, 9/25: Residents who have lived at Newman Hall 3 or more semesters may select a NEW room style.
- 5:00 PM Wednesday, 9/25: Residents who have are in their 1st semester of living at Newman Hall may select a NEW room style.
